The idea of TRUE COLORS got shape during the summer of 2004; at the time, Dunk was no longer in Justice and was looking to start a new band, having only Youth Of Today's Break down the Walls and the Turning Point demo in mind. The idea of TRUE COLORS got shape during the summer of 2004; at the time, Dunk was no longer in Justice and was looking to start a new band, having only Youth Of Today's Break down the Walls and the Turning Point demo in mind. Remembering Packo from Building fame back in their days, he was about the only one that would fit in the picture. He was down with the idea from the first second, and peers -already in Think It Through- was asked to join on drums. The three of them did a couple rehearsals and wrote the first songs. The most enthusiastic kid about the band at that time was probably hinkey pinkey, who wasn't even in the band, so he was asked to join on bass. Ironically, the first rehearsal as a full band, was actually the very same date studio time was planned to record for a demo.

True colors played their first show march 2005. About a month later, the GET 'EM demo was recorded at studio 195. A couple hundred of copies were sold at some cool shows, as with Insted, Justice, Mental, .. The demo was followed by some crazy touring with bands like Justice. The 7'' on NJW records was the next step on their road as well as some short tours with Justice and Go For Broke. Loads of shows lie ahead as we speak.
